Access and portability
Ask what CodeQuest holds and request a secure copy. The self-service JSON download contains current account and learning data; a formal access request may require a broader reviewed search and third-party redaction.
Correction and erasure
Ask to correct inaccurate information or delete information where the right applies. Deletion is reviewed for school instructions, safeguarding, disputes, legal obligations and backup handling.
Restriction, objection and consent
Ask to restrict or object to processing, withdraw an optional consent, or ask about educational profiling and automated decisions. Core processing may rely on another lawful basis rather than consent.
Identity
CodeQuest does not request identity documents by default. Any check must be proportionate to the risk of disclosing or changing the information.
